Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Chrome extension "JobRizzer" (the "Service"), operated by JobRizzer ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the extension.

1. The Service

The Service is a Chrome extension that uses AI to pre-fill job application forms on third-party websites with information you supply (for example, from a resume you upload). You always review and submit each application yourself; the Service does not auto-submit on your behalf.

A small Cloudflare Worker backend supports the free-trial proxy, account sign-in, and subscription status. The data those components handle is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you are.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Commit fraud, impersonate another person, or submit knowingly false information on a job application.
• Send automated mass applications in a way that violates the target job site's own terms of service, robots.txt, or rate limits.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our shared AI proxy credentials.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or your account access.

The Service operates on third-party websites that we do not control. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any site you use the Service on. We do not warrant that any specific job-application site permits automated form fill.

4. Free tier

Every install gets approximately 30 free job applications powered by our shared AI proxy. One "application" corresponds to one job-application URL and may involve several AI calls behind the scenes that all count once. The cap is enforced server-side per identity (not per device — see the Privacy Policy for how identity is derived). Reinstalling the extension does not reset the free tier.

When you exhaust the free tier you have two options:

• BYOK (free): configure your own Gemini, OpenAI, or Groq API key in the extension. The trial proxy is no longer involved; you pay the AI provider directly at their pricing.
• Pro (paid): upgrade as described below.

We may change the free cap at any time. We will not retroactively shorten the cap for users mid-trial; changes apply to new installs.

5. Pro tier

Pro unlocks unlimited applications via our proxy plus custom resume tailoring.

• Pro Membership: $12.99 USD / month, billed via Stripe as a recurring subscription.

Prices are USD and may change for new purchases. Existing subscriptions keep their original price until cancelled.

6. Payment, billing, and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. By upgrading you also accept Stripe's terms.

• Billing cycle: Pro is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel.
• Cancelling: cancel any time from the in-extension billing portal. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period; it is not pro-rated.
• Refunds: if something isn't right, email contact@jobrizzer.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.
• Sales tax / VAT: applicable taxes are handled at checkout based on your billing country.

7. Accounts and devices

Accounts are created with a one-click email magic link — there is no password. Your subscription is tied to your account and works across your devices.

• Devices per account: up to 3 active devices (technically, 3 identities — see the Privacy Policy for what an identity is).
• Freeing a device slot: sign out a device from the extension Dashboard, or email contact@jobrizzer.com for help.
• Sharing your account: prohibited. We may suspend accounts that show sharing or abuse.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. To delete data we hold on the server, follow the process in section 7 of the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the trial proxy, or use the Service for illegal activity. We will attempt to give you reasonable notice unless doing so would let the violation continue.

If we terminate a Pro account for cause, no refund is owed beyond any active period already paid.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee:

• That AI-generated form fills are accurate, appropriate, or free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing every application before you submit it.
• That the Service will work on every job-application website.
• That the Service will be available without interruption.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will JobRizzer, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost job offers, lost wages, lost data, or reputational harm — arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on certain damages. In those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobRizzer from any claim, loss, or expense arising from (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any third-party site's terms of service while using our extension, or (c) your submission of false information on a job application.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted in the extension and on this site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
