  • Quantify predictability and flow: committed-versus-delivered percentage, cycle time, or release cadence before and after you arrived. Agile leaders track these and will trust a candidate who does.

  • Show how you work with the product owner and engineering manager. A Scrum Master who cannot describe those relationships sounds like a meeting scheduler.
